Shipping
Our goal is to fulfill your purchase as soon as possible to get you your merchandise in a timely manner!
Orders placed on www.positivethinker.ca are processed Monday through Friday from 8AM to 3PM MT (excluding holidays) and will ship 1 to 3 business days from when the order was placed. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Once an order has been shipped and you have received the tracking information via email, Positive Thinker Apparel is no longer responsible for the shipped item.
Return
If there is an error from our end (customer was sent an item different from their original order at the checkout screen, ie: wrong size/item), please email us at positivethinkerapparel@gmail.com
within 7 business days of your purchase to make an exchange. Once we receive the exchange email, we will send you a package slip for you to send your item back. We will ship your new item free of shipping charge within a week of receiving your package.
